Campus Cards

Campus cards are multifunctional identification cards that can be used for various purposes. They can be used to access library services, printing and photocopying, door access, parking, food services, and more. Campus cards also serve as proof of enrolment and identity for students, faculty, and staff.

Students:

All students must request their campus card online through my.mun.ca. 

Follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Select the "Students" tab located on the toolbar at the top of the page.
  2. Under the "Student Services" box, click launch.
  3. Select "Request a Card".
Faculty and Staff:

University staff must request their campus card by emailing campuscard@mun.ca.

Your email must include:

  • Employee name and number
  • Subject line must read "Employee card request"
  • If this is your first eployee card, please attach a photo 
Alumni:

All alumni must request their campus card online through my.mun.ca. 

Follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Select the "Alumni" tab located on the toolbar at the top of the page.
  2. Select "Request a Card" under the "Alumni Card Request Form".
  3. Follow the instructions.
Important Info Regarding Campus Card Pick Up:

You will receive an email stating when your card is ready to be picked up. Your card will not be available to be picked up before this email has been received.

Follow these instructions:

  1. Only after you have received an email stating your card is ready for pickup, head to the Bookstore, located on the 2nd floor of the University Centre.
  2. Ensure you have a government issued ID card. If you do not provide ID, we will not be able to give you your campus card.
