The Memorial University Bookstore is now accepting applications for student positions for Fall Rush, primarily during September with the potential for extension. 

Applicants must be undergraduate students who are registered for a minimum of three courses for the upcoming Fall semester.

To apply, submit your class schedule and your resume to bkstore@mun.ca  Please indicate your earliest date of availability and all other commitments that would make you unavailable to work at any time. This is very important as some positions will start in August and others in September and other jobs and commitments must be disclosed.

The rate of pay is $18.25 per hour and shifts are scheduled when you are not in class. There may be evening and weekend shifts for extended Bookstore hours in September. The job can be physically demanding depending on the duties assigned. Several skills can be developed by working at the Bookstore including research and communication, cash handling, merchandising and restocking, and customer service in person, over the phone and through email.
