The Newfoundland & Labrador Book Awards
The event celebrates and honours excellence in writing by authors in Canada’s easternmost province. The awards operate on a rotating schedule of Poetry and Non-Fiction one year, and Fiction and Children's Literature the next -- with each award celebrating two years worth of incredible writing.
This year's awards are the EJ Pratt Family Poetry Prize and the Newfoundland & Labrador Non-Fiction Book Award celebrating books from 2023 and 2024. Find the shortlisted titles here:
