Campus Cards
Campus cards are multifunctional identification cards that can be used for various purposes. They can be used to access library services, printing and photocopying, door access, parking, food services, and more. Campus cards also serve as proof of enrollment and identity for students, faculty, and staff.
- Students and alumni can request their campus card online through my.mun.ca
- University staff must request their campus card via email (campuscard@mun.ca)
To find detailed instructions on how to request your campus card, visit the Get Your Campus Card page.
| Please note that the Bookstore does not print campus cards. Inquiries related to campus cards can be directed to campuscard@mun.ca. |
Card Pick-Up
When you receive an email notifying you that your card is ready to be picked up. Your card will not be available before this email has been received.
Campus card requests can take 5-7 business days to be processed, however exceptions may apply at the beginning of the semester when there is an increased volume of requests. If it has been longer than 3 weeks, contact campuscard@mun.ca to inquire about the status of your request.
Your card can be picked up in one of two locations, depending on the time of year:
- The Bookstore (2nd floor, University Centre)
- Pick-Up Window (1st floor, University Centre)
The Bookstore's Pick-Up Window is open at the beginning of each semester, so make sure you check our website and social media to find out where to go. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of changes to our operating hours, sales, and opening of the Pick-Up Window ahead of time.
Once you've received your Pick-Up notice, please arrive at the Bookstore with a piece of government issued photo ID. In order to verify your identity, you are required to show photo ID when picking up your card. Otherwise, your card cannot be picked up.
