Branding

Memorial University's brand captures the essence of who we are as a community and organization. Below are guidelines for representing the University:

  • Use of the Memorial University logo must be approved by Marketing and Communications. This may be requested through the Bookstore.
  • Use of MUN acronym should be avoided.
  • Use of words "Memorial University" is permitted.
    • Student groups should clearly identify themselves by using their name or words such as "club/society/association/team/chapter..." to avoid confusion as to whether they are official Memorial University units. 
    • Student groups may use their own unique logos and official Memorial University colours. However, they should avoid using Memorial's brand fonts (Avenir and Adobe Garamond).
